Monday Workouts

I'm trying to work on my running time, so I did two 10 minute miles with a two minute break in between...and then a very slow third mile.  But those first two felt great!  I'm still kind of amazed that I can run at all sometimes!

2.5 mile run , 40 min tm at 25deg incline 3.8mph , 40 minutes of weights - arms,shoulders,abs.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
