What'd you do today?

Switched up my workout time. Usually I do after work, except for my weekend runs. But this morning, I did an early  morning jaunt to the gym! People really do work out that early!!!

45 minutes on eliptical with 5 min. cool down.
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I got in a quick 20-minute bike ride at lunch.  After work, spent 45 minutes in the pool, followed by strength training.
