Allergies

My allergies are so bad this spring - I find I can't breath when I run.  I am getting very frustrated that I can't finish my runs because I can't breath.  I run so much better in the fall and winter.  I have an appointment with my allergist tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem??

I mostly just get stuffed up in the head.  Do you use Advair or Singulair?  How about an inhaler?They're pretty good for people both with asthma and allergies.  I see a lot of these prescriptions go out in the spring.

I take singulair, but it doesn't seem to be working.  I am always stuffy, which doesn't bother me.  But when I start running, I feel it in my chest.  My husband thinks I may have exercise induced asthma. 
This only happens in Spring and - I have no problems in Fall and Winter.
