way to go!  If its a fruit tree, then you get to eat the fruit of your labor in years to come?

Congratulations!  The tree will be a living reminder of all that you've accomplished these last few years.  You've really been kicking a$$ on your 5K pace.  Once I'm sure my knee/hamstring is truly healed, I'm going to have to follow your lead on those mile repeats.  They're really paying off for you.

The running streak has helped a lot.  Before the streak started, there were times that I would go 3-4 days without running.  My time goals were not realistic for that kind of inconsistancy.  I am loving the times.  Too bad I can't knock off my extra 25 lbs and really kill it.  Thanks a lot for your kind words and support!

Great race Scott!

Nice to bring home some hardware and a permanent fixture.  Very Cool!

By the way, did you beat your boss you don't like much?  I thought this was that race, too.

Anyway, huge congrats!

Thanks Linn.  That was the race but the guy didn't show.  I don't know if I just misunderstood or if he wasn't there.  Too bad though.  Thanks again.
