40 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including sets of 45, 45, 45, 45, and 35 (to exhaustion) for the 100 pushup challenge

40 minutes on the stationary bike, 5 minute warmup, 30 minutes of intervals (1 min sprint, 2 min recovery), 5 min cooldown.  total of 16.75 miles

30 minutes on the stairmaster, 5 min warmup, 24 minutes of intervals (1 min @ 104 steps/min, 2 min recovery @ 68 steps/min) 1 min cooldown, total of 149 flights

5th day in a row, i'm pretty drained at this point!  but feel good :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Limited to a 2-mile run as I ended my 11-day cleanse.  I got both  knees taped up with Spider tape so tomorrow will be interesting.  At least I'm down over 18 pounds over the past two weeks.
Now to maintain.

700 yd swim, nice and easy to remind the body how it feels to swim.

Yesterday I attended 2 cardio classes at the YMCA ~ one was interval cardio with total body workouts involved. GREAT class. 2nd class was ballet sculpting. It was great!!
