Felt very sore this morning. Only got in 3.1 miles on the tm in 29:42 and 30 minutes of weights (arms and shoulders). My legs just wouldn't let me do any more today.
What did you do today?

Mornin'...

Locked my keys in my car, realized it about three seconds after I did it, went for a 4.5 mile run in the rain...awesome.  Glad there was an old man and his dog willing to give me a ride to work!

Going to go lift after work...somehow I ran out of time this morning!

Bro,
There are no "only's" in the post-op world.  Every time you get out the door and do something for even 3 feet, you have accomplished something.  Congrats on having the courage to get out there!

I did a time test today to see if my swimming has improved with the coaching assistance that I've been receiving.  I was pleased with the results.  For my 1-hour test last month , I logged 2000 yards.  Today, I did 2500 yards.  I feel like I have much more power in the water.

Rest day for me. 5K Saturday ;o)
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
