I honestly think that I could run a PR by a minute if I had too, to beat this guy.  I hope he is there and I hope we are close!  ;)

Quick 28 min. jaunt about the neighborhood...a little over 3 miles. Took it easy today after longer run yesterday.

 3.5 miles in 30 minutes on the tm and a nice chest and tri workout.  My knee is feeling a bit better, I am going to try a very challenging hilly 15k race Sunday..

Ran 2.5 miles, then worked out on legs and back.  Good luck to you Scott.  You'll probably eat him up, but even if you don't it still fun to attempt it.

Did a killer 5.7 mile river trail kayaking today, took about an hour and a half and was AWESOME!!

Didn't make it to Bally's today due to appts for the kids today. So I did my workout at home. I didn't get in as much I was liked. Recumbent bike 30 minutes, biggest loser wii game 45 min and ball exercises 20 minutes. Tomorrow I plan on making it Ballys no appointments so time for me again!

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

2.7 miles in 30 min on eliptical....very very hard to get motivated to go to the gym today, but I made it.
