Thursday Workouts!!!

2.3  run today.  Little taper for a 5K this weekend where the boss I don't like may be running.  I have never run a race before where I actually wanted to beat a particular person's ass.  Here is to hoping!  ;)

Did 6 minutes on the elliptical, 14 minutes on the treadmill, and 25 minutes in the weight room today.

Lunch time 30 min cardio (stairclimber or elliptical) and this evening will do 5k and lower body/core workout.

1 hour on tm at 25deg incline at 3.6 mph and then did 3.1 miles in 30:44 (no incline)b4 work. Hoping to get that time under 28 b4 4/24(my 1st 5k) Lunch will be 45 minutes of weights(back,chest,and abs today).
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 Just ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill without stopping!!!!  Shaved 17 seconds off my time of Tuesday...after that did the rest of my 30 min at 3.5 incline at 3.4 speed and then did some abs...So happy!!!

sorta a rest day for me, but I'll do a long "fast"  walk, get some arm work done (working the horse), and finish with some resistance training later this afternoon.

30 min. eliptical at L-6 followed by weights for arms, shoulders, abs.  Off for a  2 mile quick walk with the doggie!
