7 miles on expresso bike with up to 18% grades. Ouch! But PB at 29:41 for the route.

Ran 6.2 miles in an hour and for no particular reason on the length except it is a beautiful day and it felt great! :)

rowing for warm up (2224 meters)
lifting - 40 minutes - dumb bell lunges, shoulder presses, rows 

One of the guys from the Y was helping me with my form and showed me a bunch of different upper body & legs stuff to add in, which is awesome because I kind of felt like I was in a rut lifting wise.  I was wicked glad for the help though because my trainer up and moved to VT last week and wrecked my world (at the gym anyways)!!

After work I went kayaking for an hour and a half - this weather in Central Mass is FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

walking outdoors 80 min 4.5 miles then a more leisurely 30 minutes with the dogs
