Wednesday Workouts

on biz trip so had limited time @ the gym this morning, was able to get in:

32 minutes of weights (shoulders/back/bicep)
30 minute spin on stationary bike (11.1 miles)

my knee is still uber sore from yesterday's run, i will have to watch it training the next week or so.

Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Hey everyone I'm new to this post.
Today is my strength training day- total body 3x/week. Might do 1/2 hr of intervals on the treadmill too. Hope everyone has a great day!

Plan on doing a 8 mile bike ride and a walk in the park (with the girls) later.

 Today was back, chest, bi's and abs...plus 30 min of cardio....heading to the beach later, we will be back in the 60's soon, so need to get in what I can...

Elilpitical 65 minutes 6 miles, 815 calories burned. 20 min of ball exercises (push ups 120, sit ups 240, side twist with weight balls 240) I may try to add in the recumbent bike as well today. Not sure for how long yet. I just didnt' have any energy left after the elipitical. Had some errands to run then came home and did my ball exercises. Maybe it is this drewy rainy day!

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

9 mile run b4 work and 40 minutes of weights at lunch.
Arms and Shoulders.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.
