got in my long run that i was supposed to do on Sunday today.  Did 12 miles in an hour and 51 minutes (9:15 average pace), had some knee problems the last 2 miles and i probably shouldn't have pushed through, but as i've established before, i'm an idiot and did it anyway.  now my knee is throbbing.  i'm on a quick biz trip so i'll do a light workout early tomorrow morning in the gym and hope for the best.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

We had our first "track" workout at Rancho San Antonio. I love trail running! Did some mild hill work before the calf gave out.
