I did a 4.3 mile run with a 1/2 mile cool down before work.

Who else, what'd you do today?

Mornin' all.

Did 20 minutes on the bicycle and 25 minutes on the weight machines today. Increased the weights a little, and I'm feelin' it!

Wow...I ran 1.25 miles on the treadmill without stopping...not fast mind you...I did my mile in 14:30, but oh so proud...then I finished with a 4.0% incline and a 3.5 pace....icing my feet with my cold water bottle, but boy do I feel good...
Then did some ab work...
Off to the beach in a bit...

Erin

ps.  went to the beach and lugged all of the gear and did not get winded walking to "our" spot and never lagged behind the boys, except when my flip flops fell off...what a great day!!!  I am so happy with my new life and my ever changing body!!!!

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

A little run for me.  Did the first 2 miles at 7.0 then increased by 0.1 mph each minute ending at 8.3.  3.5 total miles in just under 29 minutes (with NO potty breaks).  Whew!  I'm tired now.  Better swim tomorrow.
