Best exercises to do..

I am now a little over two months post-op & now 277lbs so it's still kind of hard to get around, but I can now do a lot more then before..

What are some good exercises I can do that can help with the weight loss?

Start out slow with walking and/or swimming/water aerobics. If you have a bicycle, that's also a great workout. Just don't overdo it at first, ease into it. 10 minutes the first day, then 15 minutes, etc.

Thank you for your post, I have a tredmill so I will continue to use that & I was thinking about pulling out my bike & going bike riding :)

The best excercise to do is the one you will be committed to doing and be consistant with... Walking is a great start!
