Late night at the gym.  Good upper body workout, followed by a 60-minute cycle to exhaustion.

32 minutes of weights (chest/tri), including 100 pushup challenge exhaustion test, i'm up to 80 now.

65 minute tough spin on the stationary bike (27.3 miles) including 9 - 1 minute sprints at heavy gear

35 minutes on the stairmaster including 8 sets of intervals (1 minute @ 104 steps/min, 2 min recover @ 68 steps/min), total of 171 flights.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

 I ran 15 miles...well I ran 13 and walked 2 of them.  I also did a total body workout.
