I'm interested in both of these. I'd like to start the Butt Lift one soon, and the Insanity one after my iron levels are up. Has anyone done either of these videos? Any reviews? Likes/Dislikes? I'm excited to try something new and challenging.

Thanks in advance!

I bought the Brazil Butt Lift and it's great.  Challenging and fun and it includes a killer abs workout too.  One of the cardio workouts was pretty hard to follow but other than that I have no complaints.

I have a friend who loves the Insanity Challenge, but I have no first-hand knowledge.

Good luck!

Lara,
Thanks for replying!! I'm happy to hear that its challenging. I want to work! How long have you had it? Have you noticed any change in the rear/thigh area?

Only had it about a week and a half, Cee, but yes I am noticing a difference.  I'd definitely never used some of the muscles they target with the exercises.  I had been going to the gym a lot too. I'm not using this every day, but more on days when I'm focusing on legs and glutes for strength training.

The Bum Bum cardio is a lot of lunges and squats and variations on those.  Again, I've gotten myself in pretty good shape, but it is a WORKOUT!

Good luck! Let me know how it's going.

I just came over to this board to ask about the brazil butt lift workout- you beat me to it! I did read somewhere that some of the moves are hard to follow (and im not very coordinated) so I'm looking to read some reviews.

Hey Christine! There are two cardio workouts.  The Bum Bum (meaning BUTT) isn't too hard to follow (but very challenging physically), but the other - Cardio Axe- is much more dance-inspired and putting different sequences together. I never feel like I'm getting a good workout when I am trying so hard to just follow the steps, so I doubt I'll do that one much. It was sort of fun.

The other workouts are killer and GREAT.  They give you a little booty band which I didn't think would be very effective but oohhhh the burn!!  And, as I mentioned, the Tummy Tuck is one helluva abs workout.

Good luck!
