No official workout today, but I rolled dough for literally an hour and a half this morning to make Italian Easter pies and then played at a playground with my 2 1/2 year old nephew for two hours.  I did the monkey bars twice!  That combined with the dough rolling, and I can hardly lift my arms above my torso.  Today was the best upper body workout I've had in weeks.

rest day!

I actually got out and enjoyed a walk with a friend - it was nice to slow down and SEE some of the places I run by all the time.  :)

big question now will be if I run before or after Easter Festivities.

Read my blog, BARIATHLETE   I run because I can.

I did 6.55 today in a time of 1:11.11 - finishing 11th out of 25 in the Athena division and 392 overall.

Thanks Scott for running the first lap with me!! My second was a little slower, but there were plenty of people behind me so I was okay with it!

Chalk up another PR for my record books with my longest race yet!!
