ran 3 miles outside - 100% PAIN FREE!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if it was the kinesio tape, my PT guru or that I'm just finally healed - but it doesn't hurt anymore and I am PUMPED!!!!  Looking forward to a light run tomorrow and my race on Saturday!!

30 minutes of weights (core and legs)

2500 meter swim (5 X 500 meter sets) took between 53 and 54 mintues, got some leg cramps during the swim, but was able to push through it.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Went back to the gym this evening for a 3200M Swim which broke down as follows:

Warm Up: (1000M)
500M Swim (Crawl)
200M Pull Bouey
200M Kick
100M Pull Bouey & Paddles

Main Set: (1750M)
10 x 25M on 30 seconds (averaged 18 seconds p/ 25M)
10 x 50M on 60 seconds (averaged 39 seconds p/ 50M)
10 x 100M on 2 minutes (averaged 1:32 p/ 100M) 

Cool Down: (450M)
200M Swim (Crawl)
250M Kick

just exercised my fork and spoon.  We had company for dinner, and ate too late to make it to the gym.  That food while tasty sat like a rock in my stomach.  I wasn't interested in tasting it again, so no gym last night.

So here it is 4:30 and I'm heading out the door to stand in the cold and wait for the gym to open this morning.
