rest day! I love this pre-race tapering.
I love my running, but man, I'm not in love with it enough not to appreciate extra rest!
5 miles tomorrow - and the sun has returned to New England!

I ran a killer 4 miles today. I have to take my altimeter out and see the elevation change. It was an out and back with a big up hill to start, huge down hill, turn around, huge up hill and big down hill. I had to walk half of the last down hill as my legs were jello. Feel pretty good an hour later though.
