Hello

my weds workout is 30 min elliptical at lunch and this evening...upper body only with a 5K run to end the day.

Good for you Jet!.  I keep seeing you post your yoga classes thinking I'll get to one someday, but somehow I'm never at the gym when they have ones I can take (I'm a newbie) , and I somehow never end up going back in the evenings for the one beginner class I could take.  But one day, I'll make it...

Today was a run/swim day.  Did a 5k on the TM with a half-mile steep hill in the middle to simulate my race course on the 10th.  

Then I was such a good girl and got in the pool for 1000 yd.  Did it in about 24-25 minutes.  Not great, but I'm still on the upswing and happy to be able to do it!

My normal routine- 3.2 on the TM with a GOOD stretch afterwards.

Back to the chiropractor today for more active release and graston.  Then, a short 2.25 mile run, lots of stretching and a 20-minute ice bath.  It feels so good to be out on the road.

40 minutes of weights (back/bi/shoulders)

60 minutes on the stairmaster, 5 min warmup then 18 intervals of (1 min @ 104 steps/min, 2 min recovery @ 68 steps/min) 1 minute cooldown for a total of 297 flights.

then some jacka$$ stole my running shoes from the locker room while i was in the shower.... :(

30 minutes eliptical at interval setting and 30 minute "cross country" on Precor Bike for distance of 6.5 miles at levels 4 to 18...ouch! LOL
