It's been a LONG time since I posted regularly here - I have been lurking regularly- lol! I have been exercising but not at the level I used to. I've been picking up the workouts the last few weeks and feel like I'm getting my stride back.

Life has been totally crazy the last year and a half and continues to be. I'm waiting for a break from the curve balls. In the meanwhile I am really happy with the way I'm starting to feel stronger about my running and I'm looking forward to posting regularly again. I still love running and exercising and find that it is such a joy to be able to do the things that once I could only dream about!

Thanks to everyone here for being such great inspirations!

Hey Mary!

Nice to see you posting!  I have a good idea about life and it's curve balls, and all we can do is the best we can every day.  I'm not as strong/fast as I'd like to be either, but like you, still get it going as much as possible.

Take care Mary!!!  So nice to hear from you.
