i just got back from the gym and 3.5 miles on the TM. I hate those damn things. They won't let me go over 8 mph without malfunctioning. Must be my weight throwing it off.

Last year I trained a TON on the TM... Since picking up trail running, I cannot STAND TM!! I am lucky to meander through 2-3 miles TOPS because I get so bored. Anyways, nice run bro...

Thanks man.  I have trouble going more than 30-35 minutes anymore on the TM and forget about speed work.

90 minutes tm at 3.5mph & 25deg incline (2000 cals) and a 30 minute walk on the track b4 work. Getting ready to leave for lunch to do a 4 mile run on the track.

Back at it today, and mostly feel pretty darn good for a change!

Even though it's my spring break I got up and did the early morning spin class then jumped on the TM for 2 miles (0.5 incline, 16:53).  Pretty happy with that time!  Starting to feel like a brand new woman.
