Ok Ya'll,

Week #1 is in the books and I have lost 10.2 pounds this past week. My system is in SHOCK!!!! Going from 4000-5000 calories a day, down to 1200-1500 is crazy. I was in recovery mode last week, so not a ton of activity, but it will be interesting to see how my body reacts when I throw my normal routine at it without the calories... It should be interesting. Today's agenda calls for 3200 Meter swim, 6.2 mile run, and 1.5 hour ride. This should be fun...

The minor-league team Gateway Grizzlies of the Frontier League will begin selling a concessions item that is not for the calorie-conscious, ESPN reported.

"Baseball's Best Burger," as the Grizzlies call it, will consist of a hamburger topped with cheddar cheese and two slices of bacon — all between a "bun" made of a sliced Krispy Kreme Original Glazed donut.

The burger is not for the faint of heart — literally — and will contain roughly 1,000 calories and 45 grams of fat.

For a healthier version try the

California (bigfun.org)

Who said Californians eat only healthy food? This artery-clogger features a fried chicken patty topped with Swiss cheese all tucked inside a sliced Krispy Kreme Original Glazed doughnut. To enhance the sweet-and-savory effect, the sandwich is served with a side of Smucker's honey sauce.

Amazing!  I cannot imagine losing 10 lbs. in a week at this point post op!  You are a machine!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
