Sunday Workouts!!!

After a tough 3 mile effort yesterday, it was 2.5 easy miles for me this morning.  I even through in a walk break half way through.  I hope that everyone has a great day.

Howdy...if it stops raining, I'm going to do my 35 minute walk route. If it doesn't, I'll go and lap swim later this afternoon.

Ran 3.25 this morning at the track and did .50 cool down....I'm loving this running two days in a row business!  AND the best part was that my shin is barely hurting, didn't hurt at all this morning, I even forgot to tape it!!  I almost forgot what it was like to run pain-free!!

2.7 miles on the eliptical in 30 minutes...watch out Im creeping towards 3 miles soon!

Rest day for me today. Surprisingly I am not as sore this Sunday after a 10k as I was last Sunday after my first 10K route.  Decided not to pu**** though....

Did a good 1-hour spin class this morning.  Didn't swim again because my lungs were just burning from the hard cardio.  Whatever I caught moved into my lungs, so I'll try not to do any heavy cardio tomorrow before swimming (even though I'd love to do another little run).  That should work.  I need to get swimming!

Today was 50 minutes in the pool, followed by strength training (legs).  Then, it was off to the Humane Society for 3 miles with my 4-legged friends.

10  miles in 1:46 .  I can't believe I really ran the whole 10 miles!  Race is in 2 weeks, I guess I'm ready!!  I practically sprinted the last 2 miles - thank you GU.

Sunday workout. 65 min on elipitical, burn 780 calories, 5.71 miles then 40 min on treadmill hills level 14 burn 285 calories and 1.81 miles. Then I relax in the whirlpool for 20 minutes that felt good. Still weigh the same as yesterday 172.2

Very frustrated with the scale. How much calories is everyone eating while exercising? Is 1300 to 1400 calories to much. Some days I am doing 2 hours or more of exercise and burning over 1100 calories or more a day. My protein is between 80 to 100 gms a day and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. When I workout I have a 32 oz of water with me and drink all of it during my workout.

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

20 minutes of core
65 minute hard spin on the stationary bike (26.8 miles), including 9 1 minute sprint intervals
followed by first brick of the year!  did 2 miles on the TM in around 17:45 or so....

legs feel almost back to normal.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
