Way to Go!!
You gals and guys are such an inspiration to me. When I was trying to reach my (mini) goal of 4 miles on Sunday on a treadmill no less( I do not like TM running, but I live in WA state so its what ya gotta do sometimes) getting ready to stop at 3 cause I was "bored", I thought about all of the stories I read on here everyday.
I know that 5 miles sounds like a short amount to some of ya'll but fore me it is a stepping stone on the way to my first 10k this summer. Plus there is a 4.3 miles race at the end of April that I wanna participate in. What the hell is wrong with me? LOL!
