It poured on teh 30 min drive there....i thought for sure i would be drenched from the beginning. Instead, the sun popped out!! i had a few sprinkles for about 20 seconds but that was it...however, about 15 min after i finished --- it came a downpour!!

Way to Go!!

You gals and guys are such an inspiration to me. When I was trying to reach my (mini) goal of 4 miles on Sunday on a treadmill no less( I do not like TM running, but I live in WA state so its what ya gotta do sometimes) getting ready to stop at 3 cause I was "bored", I thought about all of the stories I read on here everyday.

I know that 5 miles sounds like a short amount to some of ya'll but fore me it is a stepping stone on the way to my first 10k this summer. Plus there is a 4.3 miles race at the end of April that I wanna participate in. What the hell is wrong with me? LOL!
