Saturday Workouts

superconducting

5 easy miles on the tm and a nice chest, tri and ab workout.  I think I am ready for the half next week if my knee holds up.

You've trained well, so it should be a good race!  Have fun with it and let us all know how it goes!

Did my first open water swim of the year. It was cold, but nothing like last year. Plus, it looks like I remembered everything from last year. (I was afraid I'd forget a lot of it.)

Did a MACKS 20:10 workout on the bike in the PM. 5 miles in 20 second sprints. Painful, but I go through it. At least on the bike I can drink, unlike my MACSK run where I left the water bottle on the track and could only drink when I stopped by it (next time, wear the fuel belt!)
