I did get a chance to read it - and I'm pretty excited about next weekend!!

I'm trying to be positive, but I've been having some shin pain - my resident PT (aka my mother - *****ally is a PT, just not my preferred PT) informs me that it's my anterior tibialis.    I've been cross training pretty intensely for the last two and a half weeks and not  running on it - today was my first run and it felt SO good to get back out there.  I'm going to try and take it easy tomorrow; I just got my Kinesio Tape today and I'm going to tape that up tomorrow and go for another short run.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for some nice Spring weather for next Saturday!!

I saw the 7 day forcast for Hartford last night and thay are calling for 80 degrees on Sat.  That might hurt a bit.  Good luck with the rehab.
