Thursday Workouts!!!

Did my last Thurs. Crossfit for a while. Next Thurs. the group bike rides start up. Yeah!

Anyway, after our warm-up, we did Death by 10 meters. I got to 160 meters in a minute. We were running back and forth between cones which slowed me down a bit.

Then we did a "Fight Gone Bad" format with a TRX workout. So 5 stations, 1 min on each one, then 1 min. rest. Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
