I ran 3.22 outside in the rain. My left thigh in the back was cramping the whole way. I do not think I am deficient in anything. I hope it does not come back. I cut the run a bit short; it should of been at least 4 miles today. Tomorrow will be a rest day.

35 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including sets of 40,40,40, and 30 for the 100 pushup challenge (man it's amazing how much strength i lost in just 2 1/2 weeks of no weights while i prepped for the marathon)

then 65 minute easy to moderate spin on the stationary bike w/ 6 1 minute speed intervals (24.4 miles)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

45 minutes of weights, upper and lower.
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I took advantage of a free triathlon swim session tonight, which was great.  There were only 2 of us, so we basically had private lessons to improve our technique.
