I just got back from 3.1 nice and cool miles.

 Today I will be walking the dog on the beach, I will try and map it out to 3 miles...have to look at the beach houses really close...lol

Mornin'. Didn't get to exercise yesterday as I worked from 3:00-6:30 a.m. in my business, then worked at the Post Office from 7:00-5:00. Sooo, this morning I was in the gym at 6:00 a.m. and did 5 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the treadmill, and 30 minutes on the weight machines. I'm tired, but it's a GOOD tired!

Struggled today with sore thighs. Did 90 minutes on tm between 20-25 deg incline. Burned 2000cals. Will try it again at lunch and see if I can get another 40-45 minutes.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

 fast walk on the tm for 4 km and a light jog for the last km, and some pullups and dips.

50 minutes of cardio at the gym at lunch - 20 mins treadmill, mostly jogging, 15 mins elliptical, 15 mins bike followed by  chest presses and push ups.  Will add some flies and ab work at home tonight.

Back at the gym today after and 8 day hiatus ( I was sick....but could have gone back b4 now) anyway: best workout to date 2.6 miles in 30 min on eliptical. Hmmm I wonder why I was able to work at increased intensity after laying out for a few days?

Nice 3-mile run this evening.  Then I had to give an advocate talk for my RNY surgeon.
