30 min. on eliptical then ran mile on the indoor track to see how  my mile time would be. Not too bad!

Wed. is "Podium" day. No, I don't know why our club's swim workout is called that...

Anyway, 2200 or 2300 yards. 200 Warm-up, 300 of 50 swim, 50 long axis (but I think I did 400 by accident), 200 of 25 swim, 25 long axis, 100 free, followed by 400 free and 1000 free.

I was pretty beat by the end of the 1000 and I had to swim the last 200 pretty fast as a polo game was starting.
