At wednesday I do cardio at home. More specifcally, a cardio kickboxing workout.

10 min cardio warm-up
hammer pull down, chest press, barbell curls, crunches
10 min treadmill
back row
dumb bell flys on the ball
alternate bicep curls 
sit ups with a medicine ball
10 min of rowing machine
back extension
push ups
reverse curl
knee ups on roman chair

rest day today... going to a WLS support group at my surgeon's office tonight.

I did 6.2 miles on the track in 1 hour 20 min.  I am so sore it's crazy! I am preparing for a 10K on April 11, that's not that long away, and I want to bring my time down a little. Any tips from you long time runners that are doing sooooo well  LOL

 I work my butt off today. The elipitical I did 65 minutes, burn 776 calories, 5.7 miles. Then did the treadmill on level 12 on hills program burn 446 calories and 3.16 miles. WOW! I really push myself today. I didn't think I was going to make it but I did. Each day I do a little bit more. Wow I burn a total of 1222 ... See Morecalories today. And a total of 8.86 miles Very productive day. Still got to do my ball exercises the push ups and sit ups. Got to work those bat wings and flabby stomach. Now wish the darn scale would move it was 170 today. Yesterday it was 170.4 and the day before it was 169.4. I am praying that I will get down to 167.5 this week. Today was day 5 since been back at Bally's. 
Well I just finish my ball exercise. I increase it today I did 100 push ups and did 150 sit ups. Boy I hope it tones up this flab hanging. lol

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

I had a great run on the treadmill today.  I was running outside this whole past week, which made the treadmill run feel so easy-- even though it was still hard work!  I loved it.  I did a little over 3 miles and it felt great.
