rowed for a 10 minute warm up
dumbbell lunges, overhead presses & rows
knee lifts & twists
hip flexors & back ext

totally dragging at the gym today, my cold isn't helping either...better luck tomorrow I guess!

40-minute steps, 40-minute spin, 40-minute treadmill.
All day tired.  Looking forward to seeing the chiropractor on Friday to treat the knees and hip.

Did a 3.5 mile walk at 4.0 mph.  Took it very easy today.

7 miles on Espresso bike in 30 minutes followed by 20 minutes of weight lifting.

40-minute spin (I was a little late to class) then 2 miles at 7.0.  Feeling a little more energy today.  Shots are starting to work.

I wanted to go farther but I ended up doing just over a mile due to some intestional issues.
