1 hour 40 minutes on tmill at 25deg incline (2500 cals) and 30 minutes of weights (legs)

Well, I will do (haven't done it yet) 30 min on elliptical level 4 and 15 min of resistance training for upper body, can't do my legs because I have a bad knee and already rehurt it by doing legs:(

oh no the scale moved back up a pound now at 170.4 darn it! lol That's ok I work harder today. I did 65 min on the eliptical burn 721 calories, 5.13 miles, treadmill 45 min 313 calories 2.10 miles and up to level 12 on hills. Then walk the track for 20 min and did 13 laps which equals 1 mile.
Stop at walgreens to pick up family meds then went to pick n save pick up some food and get me another rotarsarie chicken. I am hook on it. I don't eat the skin or the dark meat. So made a salad with lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber and then took pieces of the white meat and melt a 1 piece of american cheese on it. Probably have the same thing for dinner. Was very tasty. Got my protein in. I had multi grain cheerios, bannana with skim milk for breakfast. After workout I had a protein crunch bar. drank 32 oz of water during my workout and also drank half of gatoraide g2 low sugar. So getting my fluide in too. Still need to do my situps and push ups on the ball yet today.

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin

 today was an easy day...walked 2.5 miles with the dog, would have gone farther, but the sun went away and the wind started....was not dressed in the right clothes...

Howdy, all. I went to the pool this morning and did 30 minutes of lap swimming. The sun is shining beautifully today, so I might take off for a walk in a little while.
