knee lifts on roman chair -  6 sets of 10
rowing - 30 minutes (6924 meters)

30 minute 1/2  mile swim. Loosened up my quads from yesterday!

8 mile run this morning.  Legs are finally starting to feel less stress.  Glad that I didn't attempt the half today.  Plenty of time left this year, but not if the injuries cause me to regress.

I haven't done mine yet but it's going to be a builder ride. 5 min sprint on bike, then 20 thrusters. Repeat 4 more times for a total of 5.

The only problem is: I went to Sports Basement today to buy some hand weights and ended up buying a bunch of other things and forgot the weights. Now I have to figure out how to do my thrusters with things around the house!

45 min walking outdoors in the am and another 1.5 hours walking outdoors this evening...love this weather!

 I rode 20 miles on my bike.  It felt  more like 40 miles because of the strong wind.
