GOOD LUCK!!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I did an hour spin and then a short 1-mile brick at 7.0.  Still feeling exhausted (thus the short run), but soon to be better.  I figured I better continue doing what I can so I don't lose any more fitness.

Had company over for dinner after church today, so I didn't get to the Wellness Center. I did, however, take a 40 minute walk after they left, so I'm happy with that.

Have a great evening, all!
