Rest day for me!

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Went to the chiropractor today for a little active release and graston on my knee.  This was only my second treatment and I was pretty impressed with how the knee felt when I left.  The pain and stiffness that I've become used to was significantly reduced.  I think there's hope for a full recovery, yet.

I feel like the life has been sucked out of me today... ran 5k , swam 1/2 mile, leg workout whi*****luded 5 sets of 100 pounds on leg press x 60 reps each set (Lactic BUUUUUUUUUURN) some stretching. Wanted to do a lot more but I think this weekend's adventure sucked life blood out of me...
