90 minutes of weights and 40min on tm at 25deg incline.
Will do the tm again at lunch.
What are doing today.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

Hi...went to the Wellness Center at 6:00 a.m. and did 20 minutes on the bike, then 20 minutes on the weight machines.

 today is legs, shoulders and tris.....
10 min warm-up, step-up knee ups, leg press, calf press, side crunches, 10 min treadmill
shoulder press with 25 pound barbell, shoulder raises, up right rows, side stretch with 25 pound weights, 10 min treadmill
tricep machine, tricep push downs, tricep dips, ab machine

Got the kids out the door, ran 1.5 miles, then came home and grabbed the dogs for walk. One of my doggies is very old so we walk very slow for her.

30 minutes on the arc trainer (incline 10/10, resistance 85/100, .92 miles)
20 minutes rowing (4503 meters)

An hour on the elliptical and my new circuit, going to meet the trainer and create a plan at the Y today.  Love the FREE help at the Y and support the community...........that I work in at least. 

Not used to working out after work so I imagine it will kick my tail, but I rested yesterday so it shouldn't be too hateful.

The scale moved slightly today it was 169.4 lbs today. Wow I am out of the 170's. I went to bally's after the kids left for school at 7 am. I did 65 min on elipitical 752 calories, 5.25 miles and treadmill 35 min 230 calories, 1.75 miles
 I just finish 65 pushups on the ball and 100 sit ups on the ball. Tomorrow is another day.

August 2010 weight 138 lbs lost of 179.5 lbs but gain again since my gallbladder surgery Oct 2010 range recentlly my weight got up to 166 and I was in freak mode. I am now down to 152.6 hoping to get back to 135 and started generic wellbutrin
