Hey Guys,

    Thursday Night chat notes are up on the Post Op PRs forum....

Sorry all for missing. I've had the flu for the past few days and tonight was the first time in four days I had an opportunity to run and swim. I have the marathon coming up on the 27th so I needed to keep the eye on the prize.
