Hello everyone.I am needing some advice on what type of exercises that I need to do in order to loose the excess weight in my lower stomach,inner and outer thigh, and last but not least my big caboose.I am shaped like a pear so to speak .Small at the top and then everything starts widening out past my belly button on down to my thighs.Can everyone give me any advice on what exercises that I could do to get rid of this pear shapped lower body?

Well you can't target fat loss. Your body decides where to take it off and in what order. But, if you lose enough fat, it will eventually come off from everywhere.
So, do things to burn a lot of calories -- the more calories you burn, the more fat you'll burn overall. This is assuming you are consuming adequate protein, 70-90 g a day minimum and doing some strength training to avoid losing lean tissue.
