Scott, congrats on the PR.  Your mile repeats are really paying off!

Today was a hodge podge of activity.

30-minute easy run with the 15K trainees
3 mile walk/run with my 4-footed friends at the Humane Society
Then, my son wanted to go swimming, so I tacked on an hour at the pool.

Great job, Scott.  Man you are fast.  I ran a comfortable 4.5 miles this morning.  We could have kept going but we have a planned long run tomorrow so decided to call it a day.

Thanks Rob.  I hate those days when you really want to go farther but also know that you shouldn't.  Good choice.

Awesome times!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
