I got back from a very nice 3.1 miles.  The weather was perfect - birds chirping - sun out - cars speeding along...

2.5 hours on tm at 25deg incline 3.5mph. Burned 3400 cals.

Hey all...

Went to the Wellness Center this morning and did 20 minutes on the bike, then about 30-35 minutes on the weight machines. Really good workout today.

 3.1 miles in 30 minutes.. still really tight and the knee is still sore from Tuesday's long run.  Experimenting with only a twice a week lifting regimen at least until after my half marathon.. not sure I am big fan - tough to get  intensity on a full body workout.

I ran 4.16 with two friends outside. It was clear but brisk out. Nice run. Second run with my Garmin. I need to download the run to see my pace.

Scheduled rest day....unfortunately I couldn't resist the weather....I got 2.17 hilly miles done today!

30 minute easy run on the TM (3.36 miles), 10 minutes walking warmup/cooldown.  last workout before my marathon on sunday, taking tomorrow and saturday off as rest days...  will report back on sunday afternoon, hopefully it will be a good report :)

15 min eliptical, 15 min. weights, 30 min bike ride for 7 miles.

Super sore from the Biggest Loser work out I did yesterday, but I pushed through!! WOOT! hehe
10 minute dance work out
15 minute pilates work out.
