Hi all!

Well, I was in the pool at 6:00 a.m. and did 35 minutes of non-stop lap swimming. I did a few lengths using just my arms, no kicking, that is really a heck of an upper body workout! I could feel the five extra minutes, too...gonna keep doing that for the next few times, then ease up to 40 minutes.

Today for me is a 45 minute spinning class then an hour of antigravity yoga (which is a bit like a trapeze/gymnastic/yoga class)

Rest day
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
