Tuesday workouts

scheduled gym day but not gonna make it....coming down with something and it has me dragging bad. Just took some meds and gettin in the bed when I get home. I really struggled with not going today...I hate to get off my schedule...but will I make this cold worse by not taking care of it and resting?? What is your take on working out while sick?

Today was a 45-mile swim, followed by weights.  It's time for the maximum strength phase of my workout.  I'm pretty proud of my progress in the weight room.  Leg press today was 3 sets, 10 reps at 270 pounds.

something tells me you may have swum for 45 minutes not miles!  :)  i'm impressed with the leg presses... i don't think i'm up to that weight myself!

Definitely minutes!  Could you imagine how long it would take to swim that many miles and I'd look 120 years old with the pruned skin.  :)

4 miles in 38 minutes.  Nice tailwind for 2 miles!!!!

Tired, but going to 8:30 zumba class for 60 minutes.  Gotta work out!!  Then I'll have tons of energy, just in time to go to sleep!!  :-)
