Abs?

OK .. I'm finally beginning to see my physical weight loss, but the one thing that is really killing me is that I am beginning to see the dreaded mother's apron.  Does anyone have any excercises for the abs (besides crunches) that would be good to wittle down the waist area?

There is really no way to spot target areas to lose. With arms it is possible to add a tiny bit of muscle to tighten loose skin. With the stomach, there really isn't. If you are not blessed with great genetics (like 95% of people) plastic surgery is the only way to get what you want.

What Scott said. Exercise won't get rid of all that extra skin. I have some too, but it doesn't bother me enough to go through the pain of plastic surgery. I wear undergarments that hold me in, and I'm fine with it. Good luck!
