I may write a little report later, but am pretty stoked about myy race today... 300M Swim, 12 mile ride on some good hills, 5k to fini**** up.... For the first time ever, I TOOK 1st PLACE IN CLYDES BABY!!!!!!! There were 32 people in my division. Here are my splits, and as I stated before, I would use my 5k time in the Triathlon as my Virtual 5k run...

nice!  way to freakin go man!  and with 32 people in the division, that is sweet.

one of my goals is to podium this year in a sprint... it may be a bit of a stretch, but it's a goal :)
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Me too.  I took 3rd in my first sprint Tri, but there was only 3 of us registered in my division, so I don't count that.  I actually have that award hung on my wall with the time taped to it as a reminder that I need to earn a real one.
