Ran the Kelly Logan House 5k today!  This was my first 5k three years ago.  My time wasn't great, the weather was horrible, but it was great to be outside running!   I finished in just under 31 minutes and was 10th in my age group.  The best thing is although I looked like the bionic man all my spider tape held my knee, my foot, and calf together.  I was also using the Sole DK inserts for the first time and highly recommend them.  You bake them for two minutes and then they mould to you foot.  So now I need to get back to training for the 10-miler and half marathons which are just over the horizon.  As usual I had a lot of "friends" fighting over my beer at the end of the race.  It's great to be on Daylight Savings!
