Howdy all!

Well, I was hoping for some sunshine today so I could hit the road on my bike, but it's a soggy day in my corner of Indiana. Instead, I'll go to the Wellness Center for 20 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the weight machines.

How 'bout you?

ran on the treadmill today...walked 3 min warm-up and ran for 12 min...finished my mile 30 seconds less than the other day...knee was bothering me, so I just upped the incline and walked the rest of my time....

Rest day for me today
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

planning on 45 min on the stationary bike- pouring outside so having to drag myself to the bike instead of under my covers with a warm cup of tea and good book...maybe I can use that as my reward!

6 miles on the treadmill.  was scheduled for 8 miles, but between the complete lack of motivation and the demand for the treadmill in the gym, I surrendered at 6 miles and called it a win.
