Friday workouts

I'll start it today.
90 minutes of weghts and 1 hour tm at 4mph 20deg incline. I will get in another hour on the tm at lunch.
    No longer about weight , it's all about living.

6 miles on the treadmill.
Increase the speed every 10 minutes, and adjust the incline up and down every 5 minutes to simulate hills.

Was going to ride as well, but they cancelled the ride due to weather

Well, I went to the pool at 6:00 this morning, but they were having flooding problems and I couldn't swim.  Drat. I'll either walk a little later, or just make this a rest day since I haven't taken a day off exercise since last Saturday. We'll see how the day unfolds.

Week 3 of C25K!  Woo hoo!  If I feel up to it, I might go to a kickboxing class too.

Swimming 17 laps (so I guess just over 1/2 mile in the Y pool) total of 35 minutes. Then relaxed and stretched in the jacuzzi to loosen up for my 5K tomorrow!
