Tuesday Workouts!!!

35 minutes of weights (chest/tri) including 4 X 40 sets of pushups for the 100 pushup challenge
65 minutes on the stationary bike, 27.19 miles
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Today was a 1200 yard swim followed by lots of foam rolling.

15 minutes stretching and weights on arms, back, abs

Was not feeling so hot today, but managed to run 7 miles at 6.4MPH... Felt like complete crap the whole time.. Think I might be getting the bug my son had! UGH....

Did another day of my C25K program. Didn't feel I got a good workout from yesterdays so think I'm gonna do it each day this week. Got a GREAT work out today!!

For Tuesday:

15 minutes on cross-ramp elliptical trainer.
1 hour group class called "Group Active" involving 1/3 step, 1/3 lifting free weights, and 1/3 floor exercises with some yoga.
15 minutes on elliptical trainer.
15 minutes on stationary bike.
Was very tired at the end.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

Track workout. I did 800x easy job to warm-up, 400m of striders with the group and then our workout where we did a couple of sets of 1200m with 4' recovery in between. We could do 2, 3, 4 or 5 sets and I was able to get in 4 even though I had to run slower than the recommended pace because of my calf.

The cool thing is that we were supposed to do every 1200m at the same pace to practice steady pacing and, even without a watch, I was able to do that.
