Fellas: A Swimming Question
Wetsuit in a pool = overheating to me... If it's open water, different story depending on Water temps... If you are self conscious, go to a sporting good store and purchase a rash gaurd (Body Glove makes good ones) or wear a compression shirt. Chlorine does bad things to compression so I would not recommend wearing Under Armour stuff, but maybe the less expensive Walmart or Target brands would do the trick for you. I have a lot of skin on my belly, and I let it hang out when I swim... I really don't care what people think of me, mainly because I would work them over in the pool.... With confidence in ability comes confidence in self!

I second the body guard rash guards. i found one at sports authority that is like a compression shirt. I have worn it frequently swimming. I also wear it biking. On race day I wear it under my wetsuit right through the run. I dont like the sleeveless tri tops I have seen.
It is kind of ironic that at 400# I had no problem going to the beach or hanging out by the pool without a shirt. 200# later I wont even swim laps without a top.
